Visa requirements
Dear Delegates!
Unfortunately, we cannot provide visa support any more for the companies registered to the conference after October 13, 2009 due to the shortage of time left. You can obtain Iranian tourist visa in airport on arrival.
Please register before departure at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, here is the link: http://evisa.mfa.gov.ir:7780/mfa/ and print the number of your application, it will be required at the airport.
Documents Required:
- Applicant’s original passport (valid for minimum next six months);
- Application visa form duly completed and signed by the applicant (one copy);
- One recent coloured passport-size photograph (3x4 cm);
- A pre-paid returning Courier envelope;
- Applicable visa fee (60 Euro).
We recommend you to take the copy of your hotel reservation as well.
The ‘visa on arrival’ process takes around 30 minutes.
